CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If you have taken up a paid listings package rather than a Free listing, the following applies.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Time elased – We will refund full months remaining on a pro-rata basis.
  • If you asked us to make your entry (or entries) for you, we will retain the fee for making the entries for you in full, and we will refund only those full months remaining of the fee relevant to your package.
  • If you asked us to make a Bespoke entry for you we will retain the fee for making the bespoke entry in full, and we will refund only those full months remaining of the fee relevant to your package.

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have indeed received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that we action refunds very quickly indeed, however the time taken then depends on the banking system.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
